BIO
Erika Lala (she/her) initially joined University of Vermont as Assistant Dean for Strategic Equity Initiatives in the College of Arts and Sciences. She was promoted to her current role, Senior Director for Intergroup Dialogue and Inclusive Excellence in the Office of the Vice Provost for Inclusive Excellence, in 2024. Her research focuses on intergroup dialogue facilitation, and her previous work experience includes roles in student and academic affairs at Brandeis University, Tufts University, and University of Massachusetts Amherst.
