Carly Duran-Marrero (she/they) joined ¶¶Òõ̽̽ as an Educator & Trainer for Inclusive Excellence on September 16, 2024. Before coming to ¶¶Òõ̽̽, Carly served as a Level Lead for the Leadership Minor at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. A dedicated educator with a focus on DEI learning and leadership development, Carly draws on their diverse identities and theoretical perspectives to foster collective growth. They are committed to enhancing the University’s ability to support and retain diverse teams, building capacity for inclusive and effective leadership across the institution.
Area(s) of expertise
Carly teaches an undergraduate leadership course at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. In addition to teaching, they serve in the editorial collective for Contours: Arté Calle, a publication out of the University of Minnesota library system. Carly also provides administrative and technical support to small businesses and solo entrepreneurs.
