His keynote, Creating a Beloved Community, will take place at Ira Allen Chapel on Thursday, January 25th, from 4-5:30 pm. This event will also be live-streamed.

He is also author to best-selling books Strategic Diversity Leadership and Chief Diversity Officer.

This data-driven plan articulates and tracks measurable ways that ¶¶Òõ̽̽ advances diversity, equity, and inclusion—a practice that is paramount to building a culture of belonging and a more just community.
