Inclusive Restrooms at ¶¶Òõ̽̽
Many individuals benefit from accessible, inclusive restrooms, including people who are trans, caregivers or accompanying young children, or who have disabilities. ¶¶Òõ̽̽ supports the option of individuals to use the restroom that meets their individual needs or in which they feel safest.
H. Lawrence McCrorey Award for Inclusive Excellence
Given every year at the Andrew Harris Legacy Reception, this award recognizes a faculty or staff member of color who demonstrates a commitment to Inclusive Excellence for those from underrepresented and marginalized backgrounds and whose work perpetuates equity, justice, and inclusion.

Henderson-Harris Fellowship Program
The Henderson-Harris Fellowship Program, offered in cooperation with academic departments, sponsors post-doctoral scholars who can help to advance ¶¶Òõ̽̽’s research and teaching goals and assist in reaching identified diversity goals, especially with respect to the specific academic curricula.

Land Acknowledgement
Crafted with thoughtful input from the Vermont Commission on Native American Affairs, ¶¶Òõ̽̽ established a board-approved Land Acknowledgement in the Fall of 2022.

¶¶Òõ̽̽ strives to create and sustain a campus environment that supports and values all members of our community and honors this through opting to identify pronouns and the use of a lived name in most records and systems.
