  • Central Campus Dining (Central Campus Residence Hall) Located in the heart of campus, features rustic open-style stations serving menus that include every item you can imagine.
  • Harris Millis Dining (Harris Millis Complex) This all-you-care-to-eat traditional dining hall features a variety of fresh food, including plant-based, vegan, and allergen-friendly menu offerings. 
  • Northside (McAuley Hall) Nestled in the arts & creativity part of campus this dining hall features a variety of fresh food and grab-and-go items.

  • (Davis Center – 3rd floor) Swing through and grab your morning cup of coffee (with a fresh pastry), or grab a comfy spot by the fireplace and decompress between classes - this is your resident coffee stop.
  • (Davis Center - 1st floor) Offering wings, fried chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, and fries. Enoy halal foods and vegan or vegetarian options. 
  • (Davis Center – 2nd floor) A local favorite featuring burritos, tacos, and specialty wraps.
  • (Simpson Hall) A mini market next to Redstone Dining, featuring bagels, breakfast sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, deli, grilled favorites, daily hot entree, snacks, grocery items, grab-and-go items, coffee, tea, and fountain/bottled beverages. 
  • (Davis Center - 1st floor) Offers customizable rice bowls, salads, and naanarito featuring American halal food with flavors from Mediterranean and middle eastern cuisines.
  • (Davis Center – 2nd floor) Home to Vermont Burger Co, serving up local beef burgers and Beyond burgers topped your way and hand-cut fries! Plus, a salad bar, signature salads, soups, beverages, baked goods, and a selection of grab-and-go items.
  • (Living & Learning Complex) A local favorite creperie offering breakfast all-day, sweet, and savory crepes, salads, bagels, sandwiches, salads, baked goods, espresso, coffee, and beverages. 
  • (Jeanne Mance Hall) A self-checkout grab-and-go station located in the first-floor lounge of Jeanne Mance. This location offers a selection of reheatable meals, snacks, and beverages.
  • (Living & Learning Complex) Featuring multiple dining stations offering an array of options, including sushi, bagels and sandwiches made-your-way, burritos and tacos, rice and noodle bowls, express salads, and sandwiches along with selection of grocery items, bottled/fountain beverages.
  • (Davis Center – 2nd floor) A popular fruit smoothie station and home to ̽̽ ice cream! All the ice cream is produced with ̽̽ milk from the University's CREAM program.
  • (Waterman Building) A self-service market offering refrigerated and frozen meals, coffee, tea, cold beverages, baked goods, soup, grab and go sandwiches and salads, yogurts, snacks and more!

Vermont First

is a first of its kind program committing ̽̽ Dining to increase local purchasing. Since its inception, our aim has been to increase market opportunity for local producers, stimulate job growth, and ensure the viability of Vermont’s working lands. ̽̽ Dining does this through strategic purchasing shifts, collaboration with stakeholders, increasing consumer awareness, and training and enabling our operators to implement Vermont First objectives. Vermont First has been recognized as a best practice in farm to institution work for its transparent, rigorous tracking system and strategic alignment of institutional purchasing needs with local supply. 

Pro tip: Look for the Vermont First logo on signage in dining halls and on program calendars for opportunities to eat local and meet local producers on campus.
