The 2021 Virtual Student Research Conference is an annual event at ̽̽ each spring

The Student Research Conference showcases the breadth of research conducted by ̽̽ undergraduate and graduate students across a variety of academic disciplines. All presentations are pre-recorded and available to view on VoiceThread

VoiceThread is an interactive online platform where students can present and viewers can engage with research in a virtual format (note: commenting on presentations is no longer available).

How can I view presentations?

  1. Create a VoiceThread account (this is free for all users) by clicking or visiting:

  2. Click on "All 2021 Virtual SRC Presentations" or an SRC topic on the right of the SRC webpage.

  3. Browse the presentations at your convience!

I'm having difficulty logging into VoiceThread

  • If you participated or interacted with the 2020 Virtual SRC and used VoiceThread, you may need to create a new account using your NetID email address. Once your new account is created, sign in using your netID email address instead of clicking "Find my institution."
  • When logging in, I get the error "You are not a member of this Voicethread license. Please sign in at voicethread.com instead." Return to the login page and click the “Sign in with email” option instead of “Find my institution.”

Judged Sessions

Each year graduate and undergraduate students can elect to participate in a presentation competition among peers. Presentations are largely judged on research communication skills and communication to a broad audience. Judged Session winners will be announced the week following the Virtual SRC. Undergraduate awards are generously provided by FOUR's Anonymous Donor.
