BIO

The Slate EM Program Manager serves as the Slate Captain for the University and is responsible for leading and managing an integrated operations unit to support Slate use across the Division and the wider campus community. The Slate team provides strategic oversight of data structure for all aspects of enrollment management and assists campus partners in streamlining workflows and processes. 

 

Kaitlin Healy assumed the role of Slate EM Program Manager in December 2023. She serves as the Slate Captain for the University, overseeing three instances of Slate that cover Undergraduate Admissions, Graduate Admissions, and the wider ¶¶Òõ̽̽ community.

Before joining the Division of Enrollment Management, Kaitlin most recently worked as the Senior Assistant Director of Admissions at ¶¶Òõ̽̽ where she supported the undergraduate operations and international admissions teams. During this time, Kaitlin traveled to and recruited ¶¶Òõ̽̽ students from six continents.

Kaitlin earned her B.A in Chinese and Political Science from ¶¶Òõ̽̽ in 2011, and her M.A. in International Education Management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies in 2016.
