Matthew Jungers
Matt's projects at ¶¶Òõ̽̽ took him all over the world, from the Great Smoky
Mountains to Madagascar, from New Zealand's North Island to the
Susquehanna River in Pennsylvania, and to the Drift Creek Wilderness of
Oregon's Coast Range. To complete his samples' analyses, Matt had the
occasion to log more miles across the planet, from Israel to Livermore,
California. Matt's research employed the methods of
10Be
analysis to determine sediment production and transport rates on
hillslopes within varied tectonic and climatic settings. Being a carbon
conscious guy, though, be sure he bikes around most of the rest of the
time.
