Dr. Cahill-Griffin has been an RN specializing in critical care and obstetrics for more than 26 years. She has also worked as a labor and delivery nurse manager and is passionate about improving the experience of patients who seek a natural approach to childbirth.

Dr. Cahill-Griffin has studied public and private health care settings in Brazil; and received the Southeastern Connecticut Nightingale Award, which honors nursing excellence in a variety of settings.
