Professor Curran is a nationally certified speech language pathologist and Assistant Behavior Analyst with clinic-based experience specializing in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). Her experience in diagnosis and application of evidence-based treatment of complex communication disorders includes a focus on creating dynamic AAC implementation plans with caregivers and teams. Prior to coming to ¶¶Òõ̽̽, Professor Curran worked as an SLP and Assistant Behavior Analyst in the field of autism as well as with other developmental disabilities. Her experience supporting clients in the clinic, school, home, and vocational settings, ensures family and client-centered care and functional goals are at the forefront of service delivery.
