BIO

Ben Langton is a Professional Advisor in the College of Arts and Sciences working primarily with first-year and sophomore Environmental Studies majors.  Ben has served in this role since graduating from ¶¶Òõ̽̽ in 2019 with a B.S. in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Ecology & Stewardship from the Rubenstein School of Environment and Natural Resources.  He also has worked extensively with the ¶¶Òõ̽̽ Natural Areas in a management and research capacity and taught the Academic Planning Workshop before the course’s deactivation in 2024. 

Outside of work, Ben enjoys playing soccer and volleyball, reading and writing poetry and creative nonfiction, playing his accordion, and being in awe of the natural world around him.
