Please complete the order form, which will be emailed to MHF staff. We will call you to complete the transaction via credit card. The tickets are completed with your information, are photocopied, and then the originals go into the drawing. The photocopy is emailed to you along with copies of the receipts. There are no limits to the numbers of tickets you can purchase. This process can take two weeks, we appreciate your patience!
