Matthew S. Annis serves as the FSRC’s Grants Manager, where he oversees financial operations, budget development, and program compliance across the Center’s many projects. With a career spanning higher education, government, and the private sector, Matthew brings a broad range of expertise to the role. Passionate about building resiliency at both local and regional levels, Matthew is excited to support FSRC's interdisciplinary research that bridges economic, environmental, and social dimensions of the food system. Outside of the office, Matthew is an avid naturalist who loves exploring the quiet, wild corners of Vermont. He holds an MPA from SUNY Albany and a BS in Psychology from SUNY Oneonta.
