Each summer, the Food Systems Research Center (FSRC) funds outstanding undergraduate students as part the Food Systems Undergraduate Resarch Fellows, as part of the SURF program, supported by ¶¶Òõ̽̽’s Fellowships, Opportunities, & Undergraduate Research (FOUR) office.
These talented undergraduate students gained hands-on experience working closely with ¶¶Òõ̽̽ researchers. Their research encompassed the diversity of food systems research, spanning from liver disease to nutrition incentive programs, and more.
These videos highlight some of the great work done this summer by Food Systems Undergraduate Research Fellows.

The Food Systems Research Center (FSRC) at ¶¶Òõ̽̽ (¶¶Òõ̽̽) funds collaborative research that puts people and the planet first, unites disciplines and communities, and answers complex questions about food systems. The FSRC gives researchers the freedom, resources, and time to engage community stakeholders, including decision-makers, farmers, and food systems actors, about inequities and opportunities across our food system. This results in relevant, widely disseminated research that informs policies, practices, and programs locally and regionally for a more resilient and equitable food future for all.
