The ¶¶Òõ̽̽ Food Systems Research Center is excited to announce that the Food Systems Research Summit will return to Burlington, Vermont on September 16th and 17th, 2024.
In 2023, the Summit convened more than 80 researchers for a one day event dedicated to advancing the field of food systems research. This year, the Summit grows to a two-day event at the DoubleTree by Hilton and features off-site events focusing on local food.
Keynote talks will be focused on building resistance to climate change cross all aspects of food systems, approaches to foster racial equity and justice in food systems, novel solutions for food systems governance, and circular food systems in practice.
The FSRC is soliciting proposals for additional breakout sessions on all topics in food systems research. More information can be found on the FSRC website.
