Developed by the Vermont chapter of the National Lawyers Guild, it provides guidance on what to do should ICE or Border Patrol comes to your farm or place of employment, or stops your vehicle.
It includes sections on how to handle the following situations:
- If law enforcement agents want to search your house, barns or other buildings;
- If an agent wants to question a passenger in a vehicle;
- If an agent wants to paperwork (specifically I-9 forms).
